Users ask questions in natural language about quotes, opportunities, cases or customers and the agent searches CRM, knowledge bases and call notes to bring back instant answers. It can also take action: generate quote documents, create or update records, log activities, draft emails and create follow-up tasks – all while respecting existing roles and permissions. A library of 13+ domain-specific agents work together for sales, service and management use cases, reducing manual data entry and navigation by up to 70%. Built with Microsoft Entra ID, audit trails and enterprise connectors, LuMay CRM Agents deploys as a managed app in your own tenant so all customer data stays inside your Dynamics environment.
