Overview

We created a special customer relationship management (CRM) and marketplace solution for the storage space industry. We developed this for our client in South Africa to help connect customers and storage companies better. Regular users can search for the storage unit they need using different filters, and then book the right facility. Storage companies can register and manage their entire business on the portal. The mobile apps that are connected to the system make it easy for everyone to quickly check on their operations. Our SaaS solution creates subdomains and databases for storage companies. It offers various business setups, manages facilities and units, allows online booking with payment options, handles billing, invoices, and integrates with accounting and payment APIs. Users can search for facilities, chat, and share documents within the system.
